This is an English translation of the Polish Terms and Conditions (Regulamin), provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Polish version prevails.
Terms and Conditions
1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at the URL junglegymai.app and the JungleGYM mobile app on the Apple and Google Play platforms.
- The Operator of the Service and the Service Provider is: CodeCrafter Szymon Piecuch, Henryka Dąbrowskiego 67/21, 43-100 Tychy, Poland.
- The Operator’s contact email address: kontakt@junglegymai.app
- The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge at junglegymai.app/terms-and-conditions and in the mobile app, in a way that allows them to be downloaded, stored and printed. Before creating an Account, the User should read the Terms and Conditions — creating an Account means accepting them.
- The rules for processing personal data are described in a separate document — the Privacy policy.
2. Definitions
- Service — the website available at junglegymai.app together with the JungleGYM mobile app.
- User — a natural person using the Service who has full legal capacity.
- Consumer — a User who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions concerning the Consumer also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person.
- Account — the set of resources and permissions assigned to a User, available after registering and signing in.
- AI Coach — the feature of the Service in which an artificial intelligence model prepares training plans and replies to the User’s messages.
- Subscription — a paid service provided as a monthly subscription, giving access to the full functionality of the Service.
- Trial Period — a free period of using the features covered by the Subscription, lasting 14 days, on the terms described in section 8.
3. Scope of the services provided
- The Service provides the User with an AI Coach, which generates personalised training plans based on the information provided by the User.
- Within the Service the User may in particular: choose an AI coach character, receive weekly training plans, do workouts step by step, log activities, track progress and correspond with the AI Coach in the chat.
- The AI Coach is not a human being. The coach characters to choose from are fictional characters, and the training plans, chat replies and other messages from the coach are created by an artificial intelligence model, which can make mistakes. The User should assess the content received with care, taking section 11 into account.
- Creating an Account is free of charge. Using the AI Coach and the other features covered by the Subscription requires an active Subscription or a Trial Period.
- The Operator may change the functionality of the Service for justified reasons, in particular to develop it, to ensure its security or to adapt it to changes in the law. A change may not involve additional costs for the Consumer. If a change significantly and negatively affects the Consumer’s access to the Service or its use, the Operator will inform the Consumer of it in advance at the email address assigned to the Account, and the Consumer may terminate the contract free of charge within 30 days of the change or of receiving this information, whichever is later.
4. Technical requirements and risks
- Using the Service requires: a device with Internet access, an active email address and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, or the JungleGYM mobile app installed on a device running iOS 15.1 or later or Android 7.0 or later.
- Using services provided electronically involves typical risks such as malware, attempts to obtain sign-in details (phishing) or unauthorised access to the Account. The Operator never asks for a password in an email. We recommend using up-to-date software and a strong password that the User does not use on other services.
5. User Account
- Only adults may use the Service.
- Creating an Account requires providing an email address and setting a password, or using sign-in with a Google or Apple account. When the Account is created, a contract for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period.
- The User is obliged to provide true and up-to-date information.
- The User is obliged to keep their password confidential and not to share the Account with third parties. The Operator is not liable for the consequences of the User sharing the Account with an unauthorised person.
- The User may terminate the contract for maintaining the Account at any time by deleting the Account in the mobile app (Account tab → Delete account) or by writing to kontakt@junglegymai.app.
- Deleting the Account does not cancel the Subscription — it must be cancelled before the Account is deleted, as described in section 7. Deleting the Account does not automatically refund fees for the unused part of the Subscription period, subject to section 9.
6. Rules for using the Service
- The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the law and the Terms and Conditions. The User may not provide unlawful content, in particular in chat messages, comments on workouts and the description of their training goal.
- It is forbidden to take actions that disrupt the operation of the Service, to circumvent its security measures, and to download content from the Service automatically.
- The Operator may block the Account of a User who, despite a request sent to the email address assigned to the Account, continues to breach the provisions of paragraph 1 or 2.
7. Subscription and payments
- Access to the full functionality of the Service is paid and provided as a monthly Subscription.
- The current price of the Subscription is shown to the User before placing an order — on the website or in the mobile app, according to the price list of the relevant app store.
- Payments are made through:
- the payment operator Stripe — for a Subscription purchased on the website,
- the Apple App Store — for a Subscription purchased in the iOS app,
- Google Play — for a Subscription purchased in the Android app.
- The Subscription contract is concluded when the purchase is confirmed by Stripe, the App Store or Google Play, for a period of one month, and renews automatically for further monthly billing periods unless the Subscription is cancelled earlier.
- For a Subscription purchased in the App Store, the store charges the fee for the next period within 24 hours before the end of the current period, so the Subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- A Subscription purchased in the App Store or Google Play can only be cancelled in the subscription settings of the relevant store. The Operator has no technical means of cancelling such a Subscription on the User’s behalf. The User cancels a Subscription purchased on the website at junglegymai.app/subscribe.
- After cancellation, the Subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period, and no fees are charged for further periods.
8. Trial Period
- A new User may use a free Trial Period lasting 14 days. The rules of the Trial Period depend on whether it starts on the website or in the mobile app.
- On the website, the Trial Period starts when the Subscription is purchased, which requires payment card details. The card is not charged during the Trial Period. If the User does not cancel the Subscription before the end of the Trial Period, the Subscription automatically becomes paid when the Trial Period ends, and the fee for the first month is charged to the User’s card. The Trial Period on the website is available once per Account.
- In the mobile app, the Trial Period is a free introductory offer of the App Store or Google Play and starts when the Subscription is purchased. If the User does not cancel the Subscription before the end of the Trial Period (in the App Store — at least 24 hours before it ends), the Subscription automatically becomes paid when the Trial Period ends, and the store charges the fee for the first month to the User’s Apple or Google account.
- Whether the User is entitled to a Trial Period in the mobile app is decided by the store under its own rules — in particular, the Trial Period may not be available if the User has already used it with the same Apple or Google account.
9. Withdrawal from the contract
- A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days of the day it was concluded.
- Payment for a Subscription purchased in the App Store or Google Play is taken and refunded by the relevant store. Withdrawal from the contract and a refund for such a Subscription are handled under the store’s rules — for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and for Google in the order history in Google Play. The Operator has no technical means of refunding a payment taken by a store.
- To withdraw from a contract concluded on the website, the Consumer submits a statement of withdrawal to the Operator by sending it to kontakt@junglegymai.app or by post to the Operator’s address. The Consumer may use the model form annexed to the Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the statement before it expires.
- The Operator will promptly confirm receipt of the statement and refund the payment to the Consumer no later than 14 days from the day it was received, using the same payment method the Consumer used, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different refund method that involves no costs for them.
- If the Consumer expressly requested that the service start before the end of the withdrawal period and then withdraws from the contract, they must pay for the services provided until the moment of withdrawal, in proportion to their scope.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Operator has fully performed the service with the express and prior consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the service started that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the Operator had performed the service, and who acknowledged this (Article 38(1)(1) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights).
10. Complaints
- The Operator is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the service with the contract on the terms set out in the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. If the Service does not work in accordance with the contract, the Consumer may demand that it be brought into conformity with the contract and, in the cases specified in the Act, submit a statement of price reduction or of withdrawal from the contract.
- Complaints should be sent to kontakt@junglegymai.app. A complaint should contain a description of the problem and the email address assigned to the Account.
- The Operator handles complaints within 14 days of receiving them and sends a reply to the email address from which the complaint was sent.
- Complaints concerning payments made in the App Store or Google Play may require a request to be sent directly to the relevant store, in accordance with its terms.
11. Health disclaimers
- The Service is informational and motivational in nature. The content presented in the Service, including training plans generated by artificial intelligence, does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis.
- Before starting to use the training plans, the User should consult a doctor, in particular if they have a chronic illness, are pregnant, have been injured or have not been physically active for a long time.
- The User uses the training plans at their own risk and is obliged to adjust the intensity of exercise to their state of health and to stop exercising in case of pain or feeling unwell.
12. Liability
- The Operator makes every effort to keep the Service running continuously, but reserves the possibility of technical breaks necessary for the maintenance or development of the Service.
- The Operator is not liable for the consequences of using the Service contrary to the Terms and Conditions or the applicable law.
- No provision of the Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the consumer’s rights under mandatory provisions of law.
13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
- The Operator may change the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of a change in the law, in the scope of the services provided or in the payment rules.
- The User will be informed of a change to the Terms and Conditions at the email address assigned to the Account or by a message in the Service, at least 14 days in advance.
- If the User does not accept the changes, they may cancel the Subscription with effect from the end of the current billing period.
14. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by the Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law. The choice of Polish law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court at the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection, apply to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to initiate mediation proceedings, or ask the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman for assistance. Information about these procedures is available at prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl, and a list of bodies resolving consumer disputes in the European Union — at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Using these methods is voluntary.
- These Terms and Conditions in their current wording apply from 22 October 2026 to Users who create an Account from that day, and to other Users from 5 November 2026. Until that day, the Terms and Conditions in the wording in force from 1 October 2026 apply to them.
